What is H.A.G.?

The Halfling Adventure Guild (H.A.G.) is an RPG program created by Oddwillow’s and Dungeon Masters Mike and Megan Oleszek to help young adventurers level up their imaginations! Designed as the next step beyond the library’s D&D club, H.A.G. lets players build heroes they can grow with while diving into richer stories and bigger adventures. With a mix of tabletop gaming and light live-action roleplay, H.A.G. keeps things exciting, affordable for families, and fun for everyone!

• How do we create characters?
  • The best way to get a character created is to come in store during one of our Character Creation Workshops, or to contact us directly to set up a time to come in! 
• Do we need to remember bring our character sheets?
  •  The beauty of H.A.G. is that we will keep a record of everyone’s character sheets so that forgetting them is a thing of the past! 
• Does experience, gear, gold, and other loot stay with my character?
  • Yes! After each event you’ll fill out a quick sheet that will allow us to keep track of the all of the great loot and experience you’ve earned for the session! We’ll make sure your characters are up to date and ready to go for the next time you come in!
• How many events do you plan to run each month?
  • The number of events per month can vary depending on availability of staff and volunteers. The best way to check and see how many events are running is to visit our Events page on our website! 
• Do I need to sign up for events or can I drop in?
  • Yes, we do request that everyone attending an event sign-up on our events page so that way we can accurately plan each event. We will have drop-in days, but those will be clearly marked on the calendar.
