Return Policy

General Return Guidelines:

We want to ensure that your shopping experience at Oddwillow’s is as enjoyable as possible. While we strive to provide high-quality products, we understand that there might be instances where a return or exchange is necessary. Please review our return policy below for details on how returns are handled:


Eligible Items for Return/Exchange:

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging, including board games, miniatures, and dice, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Items should also still have the original price sticker applied by Oddwillow’s.

Opened items that are found to be defective or damaged upon purchase can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. In some cases, we may need to defer defective items purchased be discussed with the manufacturer – this is on a case-to-case basis and we will work with our customers for the most positive outcome.


Used Games and Consignment:

Items sold via consignment are marked with a condition report that is provided by the seller. If the item is found to not be in alignment with that condition report, return it within 3 days for a full refund.


Return Process:

To initiate a return, please bring the item along with the original receipt to our store within the specified return period. If you do not have the receipt, we must be able to track your purchase in your loyalty account.

For items eligible for refund, the original payment method will be used for the refund.

For items eligible for exchange, you can choose an item of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.


Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable. Opened or used items are non-returnable. Trading Card Games and Collectible Card Games like Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, etc. are non-returnable. Food, drinks, and consumable items are non-returnable. Gift Cards are non-returnable. Custom items and some special orders are non-returnable.


Returns and COVID-19:

During times of health concerns, we prioritize the safety of our customers and staff. Please note that we might have additional guidelines or limitations on returns based on public health recommendations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.



In exceptional cases, store management retains the right to make decisions on returns or exchanges outside the stated policy. We are committed to finding fair solutions for our customers.


Receipt Requirement:

A valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges. This helps us ensure the authenticity of the transaction. We will not take returns of items purchased from other stores either brick-and-mortar or online.


Customer Responsibility:

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the returned items are in their original condition with all packaging and components.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items through mail.
